I am here for you—maybe you need help on your breastfeeding journey or a friendly ear to talk about your breastfeeding experience and make sure everything is normal. I'm here to support you with feeding your baby in whatever way you need!
SERVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Increasing low milk supply • infant weight gain • oral habilitation • myo-functional therapy • TOT release pre and post-management • painful latch • lip, tongue, buccal tie functional assessment • bottle feeding and bottle refusal• pumping • gut health • food allergies • homeopathy supplements and wellness for lactation
The lactation functional medicine model of care offers a holistic, patient-centered approach to healthcare that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of symptoms.
We understand the body is an interconnected system where imbalances in one area can affect others. We focus on going beyond symptom management to address the underlying causes of issues like low milk supply in mothers and "colic" in babies.

I have a bachelor's degree from Auburn University (War Eagle!), and I am very passionate about empowering and educating new parents! My goal is to be your advocate and teach you the best, evidence-based research on the latest lactation practices. I understand the complexity of breastfeeding—I've been there and I know how tough it can be! I promise to listen and work with you to make it the best experience it can be for you and your baby.
I take a comprehensive approach to assessing each mother and baby as their own unique duo. I want to help you reach your breastfeeding goals, no matter what that may look like. The fresh emotions of a new baby can feel overwhelming—let me help soften the transition of learning so many new skills at once.
I have had a burning desire to assist families with breastfeeding ever since having my oldest and experiencing the joy (and frustration) of breastfeeding firsthand. My passion is being a Lactation Consultant, not my job. I am married with two children. My oldest, Ellie, will be four in August and my youngest, Brooks, turned one in July. The challenges I experienced with both my children and their oral restrictions and dysfunctions have allowed me to be very empathetic and understanding of the variations in every breastfeeding journey. I understand how the lack of support can negatively affect breastfeeding, and how impactful a big support system can be! I desire to be your biggest advocate and help you meet and even exceed your goals!
I can't wait to meet you and your little(s)!
